You can make this board your own by adding whatever vegetables, bread, cheese, or crackers you like!
Ingredients
- Smoked Eel Fillet
- Olives
- Cucumbers
- Radishes
- Dill
- Red onion
- Green beans
- Baguette
- Soft cheese of choice
- Hard cheese of choice
- Heavily salt a pot of water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- While water comes to a bowl make an ice bath.
- Trim rough ends of green beans.
- Add green beans to boiling water and cooking for 2-3 minutes, just until green beans are bright green and crisp tender.
- Add to ice bath to stop cooking, drain and use immediately.
- Slice smoked eel fillets into smaller chunks to accommodate your other accoutrements.
- Thinly slice onions, radishes, olives and cucumbers.
- Crumble and slice your choice of hard and soft cheese.
- Toast slices of baguette.
- Arrange all your ingredients on a large board and garnish with sprigs of dill.
