We ship throughout the continental United States. To help ensure quality, all products are shipped overnight Monday through Wednesday.
Shipping may be delayed due to weather events or other service disruptions. American Unagi reserves the right to delay shipping orders due to anticipated weather events or other service disruptions.
RETURNS
We can't accept returns, but we offer refunds for any eel we sell that does not meet our standards when it arrives at your door.
We want you to be happy and order regularly. To request a full or partial refund, please contact us at info@americanunagi.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your American Unagi shipment is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If we approve a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
